Who We Are
OUR PASTORS
Pastors IV & Bené Marsh are the lead pastors of BCOMING.CHURCH. They are a dynamic couple with a passion to see people become Kingdom men, women, and families. With a raw and unfiltered approach to preaching, Pastor IV & Pastor Bené love to see people engage God in fun and creative ways, and they have a unique ability to take complex ideas and present them in a way that they become simple and practical. Both Pastors IV & Bené are hyper focused on seeing our culture return to God’s original creative order. Married since 1994, they live in Alabama, and have two sons, Garrett and Joshua, a daughter, Ella. They also have two daughters-in-love, Jessica & Molly, and one son-in-love, William.
VISION + MISSION
We are one church, unified in becoming
Kingdom men, women, & families.
CORE VALUES
Real
In a world that offers & accepts counterfeit as the norm, we desire to reveal the answer everyone’s searching for. We are neither an echo, nor an imitation. We are authentic, transparent, & vulnerable. We are - & we will be – really real.
• 1 JOHN 1:6 •
Love
Love is kind & kind is clear. We honor one another by applying the power of truth through a conduit of love.
We will do & say the things no one else will, because we want to love in a way that no one else will. Love influences people & then people go change things.
• 1 CORINTHIANS 13 •
• SONG OF SOLOMON 8 •
Transformed
Healthy things grow. They develop. We are not the same as we once were, & we will not remain how we are. We seek out opportunities to deconform, & we thrive by changing our minds. We desire to be integrous, holistic, complete, whole – which is why we seek transformation.
• ROMANS 12:2 •
• JOHN 8 •
Legacy
Solely focusing on today makes us selfish. We want to be people who aren’t just “in it for the long-haul”, but instead are locking our crosshairs beyond the “long-haul”. We make decisions today based on the next generation, & the next, & the next. We know that a life lived well only ends in legacy.
• DEUTERONOMY 7:9 •
• EXODUS •
Kingdom
The primary purpose & motivation inside Kingdom is power, dominion, & rule. The natural hunger of the human heart is Kingdom. Yet, Kingdom has taken a back seat to religion, pride, lust, ego. We desire to – once again – become preoccupied with Kingdom – it’s our top priority & our Heavenly mandate.
• LUKE 10:8 •
Unified
We recognize differences, while understanding that agreement does not equal unity, and unity isn’t demolished by disagreement. We value diversity, but not division. We are a community that desires to be blessed together above just being the same as one another. Unity over uniformity.
• PSALM 133 •
